All of our pork joints and cuts come from our local farmer, Tom Lockwood at Lashbrook Farm, Talaton. However, our bacon is made from the finest British pork backs sourced from other farms and cured here on site.
At Darts, we only use gilt pigs (females), prized for their naturally sweeter flavour and perfect fat coverage. Each joint is dry-aged for 5–7 days, creating unbeatable flavour and the crispiest crackling.
