A modern twist on a traditional British Christmas bird this delicious duck is stuffed with garlic, herb and wild mushroom stuffing, blended with our traditional handmade sausage meat and dressed with streaky bacon!

 Our Master Butchers source their amazing free range duck from Peter and James of Creedy Carver Poultry at Merryfield Farm in Crediton, who have been supplying us with for over 15 years.  They share our passion and commitment to rearing birds to the highest standards of quality and animal welfare. 

Serves 2 people (good eaters!)

    Wholemeal breadcrumbs (whole wheat flour, salt, yeast) 62%, Wholemeal rusk (whole wheat flour, salt, yeast) 21%, wild mushroom 5%, onion flake 5%, parsley, demerara sugar, onion salt, garlic granules, rosemary, mixed herbs

    • Bring the duck bomb to room temperature & pre-heat the oven to 170°
    • Season with a little salt & pepper and roast for 1 hour
    • Leave to stand for 10 minutes before carving
