• Seggiano Grissini 150g: Thin, crisp traditional Italian breadsticks, good with cheese or the houmous.
• Tracklements Piccalilli 315g: A tangy, mustardy relish with crunchy vegetables, the classic partner for a cheeseboard.
• The Little Herb Farm Houmous: Handmade in small batches by Lindsey and her family, using home-grown herbs and locally sourced fruit and veg. A world-class houmous for dipping.
• Isle of Wight Classic Vine Tomatoes: Sweet, juicy vine tomatoes grown on the Isle of Wight. Good sliced on the board or alongside the houmous.
• Devon Blue 200g: Creamy, rich and buttery, with delicate blue veining and a crumbly texture. We tasted batches made with different starter cultures to find a flavour unique to Darts Farm.
• Sharpham Brie 200g: A Coulommiers-style, mould-ripened soft cheese often likened to a Brie, made on the Sharpham Estate in South Devon. When ripe it oozes a creamy, buttery centre.
• Cornish Yarg 200g: Handcrafted by Catherine Mead and the team at Lynher Dairies near Truro, using milk from their own herd of Ayrshires. It's made to a 17th-century recipe that farmer Alan Gray found in his attic and began producing in the 1980s.
• Four Elms Apple Juice 75cl: Hand-picked from Four Elms' own Devon orchards and pressed fresh, with over 1kg of apples in each bottle and no added sugar, water or concentrate. The farm has been family-owned by the Smedleys since the early 1960s. Serve it chilled, or warm it with the mulling spices.
• Heron Valley Mulling Spices: A warming spice blend from Heron Valley, on their South Devon farm. Simmer it with apple juice or wine for an instant festive drink.
• Ryder's Luxury Mince Pies x6: Ryder's is a family-run business that has been hand-crafting baked goods in Devon for almost 50 years. Warm the pies and serve with cream or brandy butter.
