From the Cerignola region of Puglia in Southern Italy, this olive variety is justly called ‘Bella’ for its gorgeous proportion, firm texture and flavour. Hand-picked by traditional family growers, these bright green giant olives are mild and sweet with a very dense, meaty texture. They are perfect for cocktails and appetizers, pizzas and focaccia!
