Richie and Jo Evans, a husband and wife team based in Exeter, have been handmaking their Christmas puddings for almost 15 years. Using a delightful flavour combination of sweet Hanlon’s Port Stout and delicate Somerset Cider Brandy; each homemade pudding is crafted in small batches, before being hand wrapped by the team.

        Ingredients: Californian raisins (sunflower oil), sultanas, breadcrumbs* (WHEAT flour, water, yeast, salt), carrots, vegetable suet (certified sustainable palm oil, sunflower oil, WHEAT flour), demerara sugar, golden syrup, free-range EGG, Hanlons Port Stout (5%) (BARLEY), UK Bramley apples, 10-year-old Somerset Cider Brandy (4%), glace cherries (glucose fructose syrup, sugar), ground ALMONDS, orange juice, lemon juice, chopped ALMONDS, WHEAT flour (contains raising agents), orange zest, lemon zest, spices. *Breadcrumbs are made in an artisan bakery that also handles soya, mixed nuts, milk, cereals, celery, mustard and sesame.
