Crafted from rare Antsamala Organic cacao - grown on a family-run plantation on the banks of the Sambirano River in northwest Madagascar, where just 0.1% of the world's cacao is produced. Our chocolatiers carefully roast, crack, winnow, grind, age and temper this single origin cacao by hand to create a dark chocolate bar with a soft, chocolatey profile and distinctive notes of red fruits, vanilla and citrus.

The same single origin cacao nibs are then soaked for two weeks in our Devon Vodka to create a small-batch chocolate liqueur with a smooth, rich cacao character, crafted in collaboration with Cosmo at the Devon Distillery.

Perfect poured over gelato, sipped neat, or shaken into a chocolate martini.
