Casina Rossa Artichokes
Nicola de Laurentiis and his wife Paola, along with their family, live and work in the outback of the Abruzzo region of Italy. They craft their incredible artisan produce, from antipasti to olive oil, using vegetables from their own farm in Puglia.
The artichokes are harvested only in the early spring, the family then process them by hand to remain intact. These tender artichokes are lightly seasoned and packed in olive oil. They are perfect in salads, with fish or poultry, in antipasti, or as a tasty snack.
