This delicious boneless roast Chicken is carefully boned and rolled into the class cylindrical shape for a succulent and tasty roast and stuffed with Sage & Onion Stuffing blended with our traditional handmade sausage meat.

Please note, our chicken is naturally reared on a local, family farm so weights are not absolutely precise.  

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

Small (2.2kg) -  cook in a pre-heated oven at 170c for approx. 1 ¼ hours, make sure the juices run clear and allow to rest before serving.

Medium (2.6kg)- cook in a pre-heated oven at 170c for approx. 1 ½  hours, make sure the juices run clear and allow to rest before serving.

Large (3.2kg) - cook in a pre-heated oven at 170c for approx. 2 hours, make sure the juices run clear and allow to rest before serving.
