Pebblebed Sparkling Rose - Crafted using the traditional Champagne method, with a minimum of two years on lees (fermenting) before the sediment is removed in the winery. The blend of Seyval Blanc & Rondo grapes make for delicate red berry & rose petal flavours, balancing the fresh acidity.

Pebblebed Sparkling White - Crafted using the same traditional Champagne method as our Sparkling Rosé; using 100% Seyval Blanc, this wine has crisp green apple aromas, lime citrus notes & a buttery brioche finish.
