Pebblebed Sparkling Rose - Crafted using the traditional Champagne method, with a minimum of two years on lees (fermenting) before the sediment is removed in the winery. The blend of Seyval Blanc & Rondo grapes make for delicate red berry & rose petal flavours, balancing the fresh acidity.

Pebblebed Sparkling White - Crafted using the same traditional Champagne method as our Sparkling Rosé; using 100% Seyval Blanc, this wine has crisp green apple aromas, lime citrus notes & a buttery brioche finish.

Still White - A blend of Madeline Angevine, Phoenix & Seyval Blanc; with elderflower notes on the nose, tropical fruits, grapefruit & lychees on the palate & a crisp, mineral finish.

Still Rosé - A blend of Seyval Blanc & Rondo; this wine has notes of cherry & redcurrant on the nose & palate, with crisp acidity & a caramel finish.

Red - A blend of Rondo, Regent & Pinot Noir; a proportion of this wine is matured in Burgundy oak barrels for up to 12 months, adding depth & complexity to the wine prior to bottling.
