Katja is a single variety Prosecco style cider, made from the Katy dessert apple and the Rondo grape skins from our Pebblebed vineyard. It’s fresh & zingy with subtle sweetness & crisp natural acidity.

  Handcrafted on the Isle of Mull, Scotland, using the family's award winning Isle of Mull Cheese made from the raw milk of a single heard of lovely Friesian, Holstein & brown Swiss cattle. These all butter biscuits have a melt-in-the-mouth texture, with a superb cheesy hit.

  France Vanhecke has been hand crafting her delicious Devon Fudge in the seaside village of Westward Ho! for the past 8 years. Using a traditional recipe and absolutely no palm oil, each piece of melt-in-your-mouth fudge has a beautiful buttery taste and a crumbly rich texture.
