Single estate English white wine, crafted by winemaker Alex at our Devon vineyard. A blend of Madeline Angevine, Phoenix and Seyval Blanc, with a pale lime colour and elderflower on the nose. Tropical fruit, grapefruit and lychee on the palate lead to a crisp, minerally finish.

Perfect with Devon crab, grilled fish and goat's cheese. The crisp, minerally finish and elderflower freshness suit seafood and light, fresh dishes. Also lovely as an aperitif.
