Where is Tulip Fest? 
On arrival, please follow the directional signs to 'Tulip Fest'. Car entry to the field and parking is NOT via the usual Darts Farm entrance.

Do I need a ticket to Tulip Fest?

Yes. Tickets are required for entry to the tulip fields. Booking online in advance is recommended. A limited number of tickets will be available on the gate. 
Do you have parking?

We have ample parking available. For Tulip Fest please follow directional parking signs.

Can you pick the Tulips? 

There will be designated picking areas. You can pick and purchase by the stem from these areas. PYO is limited. 

What is the best time to visit the Tulip Fest?

Tulips bloom in stages, but the peal bloom period is usually mid April. 

What if it rains?

This is a rain or shine event. All pre-purchased tickets are non-refundable. In heavy showers, you can take cover and enjoy food & drink until it eases.

What shall I wear?
Wellies / sensible footwear and waterproofs advised encase of rain.

How long can I stay?
The timeslot you are booking is your arrival slot – you can then stay as long as you like.

Can I bring my dog?
Well-behaved Dogs (and cats) are permitted; however, they must be kept on a lead at all times. Please note: No animals are permitted inside the farm shop. They are allowed in the courtyard of the Yard Restaurant or 'bar area' in Cow & Cacao cafe.

Is the event wheelchair / push chair friendly?
Due to uneven ground, the field may be unsuitable for pushchairs and wheelchairs. The majority of Tulip Fest has flat access, but after rain, the ground may be muddy or uneven.

Are Carers tickets available?
Carers are free of charge to Tulip Fest. Please show the relevant carer status upon entry.

Late arrival
You will still be able to enter within an hour of your chosen timeslot, if we have capacity at that time, although we cannot guarantee this. 

Are there toilet/baby changing facilities?
There are toilets on the field and baby changing facilities in the farm shop.

Do I have to pay for children?

Age 3 and under go free and won’t require a ticket. Everyone else will need a ticket to attend. 

Safety notice
Please note, we are a working farm with uneven ground and please be aware of any farm machinery.

Photography 
Please be aware that we will be conducting photography and filming throughout the event. Your privacy and comfort are important to us. If you prefer not to have your photo taken or to be filmed during Tulip Fest, we kindly request that you inform a member of our staff.

Cancelation policy
All pre-purchased tickets are non-refundable. If you have any issues with your booking, please email info@dartsfarm.co.uk at least 24 hours prior to your booking and we will do our best to accommodate any amendments.
