Legendary chefs Mitch Tonks & Mark Hix return to The Farm Table where they will be cooking a unique & creative 9-course menu showcasing their ranges of Rockfish Tinned & Hix Smokin’ House fish. Expect fishy tales, stories of a life-long friendship & inspiration to elevate your home cooking. This is the first time Mitch & Mark have hosted an event of this kind & we are very excited to bring it to you!

Rockfish With our local waters home to some of the best fish in the world, The Rockfish tinned seafood range captures the quality, preserving British landed-fish in peak condition, as good as the day it was caught. Each tin is prepared by hand using traditional methods and recipes curated by Mitch. 

HIX Smokin' House Mark Hix’s collaboration with Chesil Smokery in Dorset. Fish landed off the South West coast are dry-cured in a blend of salt and brown sugar before being slowly smoked over oak and apple woods, a process that enhances their natural flavour while preserving peak freshness. The selection changes with the seasons, reflecting the best of what local waters have to offer throughout the year.
