Single estate English sparkling wine from our Devon vineyard. 100% Seyval Blanc, with crisp green apple aromas, lime citrus notes and a buttery brioche finish.

Crafted by Alex using the traditional bottle fermentation method, with a minimum of two years on lees (the yeast sediment, which adds richness and complexity) before it's removed in the winery.

Enjoy with Oysters, Devon crab, fish and chips or soft cheeses. The crisp green apple and lime notes cut through rich, salty food, and the brioche finish makes it a lovely aperitif or celebration drink.
