.Single estate English sparkling rosé from our Devon vineyard, made from a blend of Seyval Blanc and Rondo. With notes of strawberries and raspberries on the palate, this is a fresh, balanced rosé.

Crafted by Alex using the traditional bottle fermentation method, with a minimum of two years on lees (the yeast sediment, which adds richness and complexity) before it's removed in the winery.

Enjoy with smoked salmon, fresh strawberries or a Devon cream tea. Also brilliant as an aperitif or celebration drink.
