Crafted from bean to bar on our farm.

Our chocolatiers carefully roast, crack, winnow, grind, age and temper our Madagascan cacao by hand to create a dark chocolate bar with a soft, chocolatey profile and notes of spice, wood and nuts.

The same single origin cacao nibs are then soaked for two weeks in our Devon Vodka to create a small-batch chocolate liqueur with a smooth, rich cacao character.

Perfect poured over gelato, sipped neat or shaken into a chocolate martini!
