Sancerre AOC, Loire Valley, France — from the Raimbault family estate on classic limestone, clay and flint (silex) soils around Verdigny and Sury-en-Vaux.

Taste Profile:
Aromas of citrus (grapefruit, lime), green apple, gooseberry, white flowers and fresh herbs. Vibrant palate with green fruits, flinty minerality, zesty acidity, perfumed character and a long, refreshing finish.

Food Pairing:
Seafood, prawns, mussels, asparagus, goat cheese, smoked fish or light salads.

Serving Suggestion:
