Single estate English sparkling wine from our Devon vineyard. 100% Seyval Blanc, with crisp green apple aromas, lime citrus notes and a buttery brioche finish.

Crafted by Alex using the traditional bottle fermentation method, with a minimum of two years on lees (the yeast sediment, which adds richness and complexity) before it's removed in the winery.

Enjoy with Oysters, Devon crab, fish and chips or soft cheeses. Our sparkling also makes for a lovely aperitif or celebration drink.
