Straw yellow in the glass with a flinty, smoky edge that speaks of Vesuvius’s ash-rich soils.

Aromas of green apple, honeysuckle and subtle jasmine, with ripe yellow and tropical fruits on the palate.

Fresh, balanced acidity. 

Winemaking

Brief skin contact of around an hour before a gentle press to capture purity rather than extraction.

Fermented in stainless steel and aged on fine lees for about 6 months to build texture and complexity without oak.

Food pairing

Great with seafood, fresh salads, light pasta or risotto.
