Skillfully cut by our Master Butchers, keeping a section of bone marrow in. This melts away as it cooks releasing a deep, slightly sweet flavour into the lamb. Best enjoyed on the barbecue with new potatoes and a salad! 

Our lambs are hand selected by our Master Butchers, Philip and Alastair David, from Exeter Market and direct from local farms. We pride ourselves on providing our customers with the highest quality lamb.
