Husband and wife team, Pat and Julie, produce their gin on the banks of the River Lyn in Exmoor. Distilled using pure Exmoor water, with botanicals including lemon grass, kaffir lime leaves and hibiscus, their gin is irresistible with an Indian tonic and a sprig of thyme.
