- Salcombe Start Point Gin 70cl
Founded by good friends Angus and Howard, Salcombe Gin is inspired by the stunning coastal town to which it owes its name. Every bottle is hand distilled in small batches, using pure Dartmoor water and thirteen carefully selected citrus and spice botanicals.
- Wicked Wolf Gin 70cl
Husband and wife team, Pat and Julie, produce their gin on the banks of the River Lyn in Exmoor. Distilled using pure Exmoor water, with botanicals including lemon grass, kaffir lime leaves and hibiscus, their gin is irresistible with an Indian tonic and a sprig of thyme.
- Tarquin's British Blackberry Gin 70cl
Tarquin’s process their gin by hand using soft Cornish water and 14 hand-selected botanicals – including their own grown Devon violets. Their gin is traditionally brewed in copper pots and fired by flame, with each bottle filled, sealed, waxed and signed by hand. With Tarquin’s Cornish Gin as a base – a classic recipe distilled with fresh violets and citrus peel – this fruit gin is then infused with 14 different botanicals with a touch of Cornish wildflower honey.
- Black Cow Vodka 70cl
Situated on the West Dorset Coast, dairy farmer Jason Barber and his team produce the world's only Pure Milk Vodka. Through special fermentation, distillation and filtration, the fresh whole milk from grass-grazed cows makes an exceptionally smooth vodka with a unique creamy character.
- Arran Sauternes Whisky 70cl
Arran Whisky are one of few independent distilleries in Scotland, they have been producing their beautiful whisky at their distillery in Lochranza on the Isle of Arran for almost 25 years. The distillery's proximity to Loch na Davie gives the team a rather special source of fresh water for the distilling process and Arran's warm microclimate, the atmosphere of sea breezes and clear mountain air, together with the warm flow of the Gulf Stream is ideal for the speedy maturation of single malts - giving the island its reputation for producing the highest quality whisky. After initially maturing in traditional oak casks for approximately 8 years, the Arran Single Malt in this bottling was finished in a selection of Sauternes wine casks sourced from an artisan producer of Bordeaux sweet white wine to show off the sweeter side of the whisky. A Dart family favourite, this world-class whisky makes a wonderful dessert dram, with a finish of sweetness, honey, apricots, melon and honeysuckle.
- Two Drifters Spiced Rum 70cl
Russ and Gemma run their bespoke, carbon negative distillery near Exeter Airport. After distilling twice on their pot stills and a third time in their column still, the team blend their super smooth white rum with a signature blend of spices and natural flavours. With flavours of vanilla, mixed spice and a subtle hint of star anise, we know you’ll enjoy this locally distilled spiced rum neat, with a mixer or in a classic cocktail, such as a mojito.
- Sandford Orchards Ice Cider 50cl
A small-batch cider, crafted using an ‘icing’ method; a method used widely in wine-making, and now introduced to cider from Sandford Orchards beautiful Devon orchards. During the specialist icing process the cider apple juice becomes intensified, sweeter and richer. The powerful warmth and rich complexity perfectly match the floral bouquet and sweet apple finish.
- Churchill's Crusted Port 75cl
Over 35 years ago Johnny Graham founded the award-winning Churchill’s Port. He wanted to continue his family’s long Port-making tradition but at the same time create his own individual style of Port wine. The port for port lovers. Churchill’s Port is crafted in the time-honoured way of the Graham family, with minimal intervention and a longer fermentation period. Locally harvested, hand-selected, foot-trodden grapes are used to give Churchill’s a unique style, creating a superbly delicious, intense and dry Port wine.
- Vauversin Orpair Grand Cru 75cl
The Vauversin family have been making wine in the Grand Cru village of Oger since 1640. We met Laurent, the 3rd generation of the Vauversin family last year. His 3 hectare, organic vineyard produces some of the finest champagne in the world.
- Trevethan Koneva 70cl
Nearly 100 years ago in Tideford, Cornwall, Norman Trevethan perfected the family recipe for gin. In 2015, his grandson, Robert, decided to breathe life back into the old family tradition and the Trevethan Distillery was re-born. Koneva is the very first Cornish Aperitif. It’s a fusion of warm, dry spicy notes of cinchona, cassia and sweet orange and the rich fruitiness of goji berries, cranberries and cherries. Serve as a classic spritz with Cornish sparkling wine and soda.
- Bodegas Tradicion Fino Sherry 75cl
Founded over 350 years ago, Bodegas Tradicion are a winery dedicated exclusively to the elaboration, ageing and marketing of very old sherry and brandy. This is a wine in full maturity, the result of lengthy ageing under “flor” – a veil of yeasts, in American oak barrels using the solera and criaderas system. Very dry, it denotes a salinity, complexity, intensity and length that is hard to compare. Best enjoyed cool in a wine glass - this wine is extraordinary when paired with nuts, pickles, fish and dried, salted food.

Crafted by Somerset Cider Brandy and Burrow Hill Cider in Somerset, on their farm that sits amongst 180 acres of cider apple orchards and has been pressing cider for over 200 years and producing beautiful cider brandy for over 30 years.
