Our flavoursome pork and apple burgers, handmade by our Master Butchers, are a family favourite. Crafted with minced pork from our traditionally reared pigs, with a slightly sweet apple seasoning from a local supplier who we have been working with for many years.
Our Master Butchers, Phillip and Alastair, are experts in sourcing and hand selecting the finest quality, locally reared meat. We're proud to work with Devon Pig farmers Tom Lockwood of Lashbrook Farm in Talaton and Andrew Freemantle of Kenniford Farm in Clyst St Mary. Both share our high standard to bring beautiful, quality pork to the Darts Farm butchery.
Pop in a fresh Ryder's Bakery bread roll, top with a little bit of Tracklement's Dijon Mustard and some Darts Farm homegrown lettuce and enjoy!
