COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

Small -  cook in a pre-heated oven at 170c for approx. 1 ¼ hours, make sure the juices run clear and allow to rest before serving.

Medium - cook in a pre-heated oven at 170c for approx. 1 ½  hours, make sure the juices run clear and allow to rest before serving.

large - cook in a pre-heated oven at 170c for approx. 2 hours, make sure the juices run clear and allow to rest before serving.
