This masterclass involves:

-How to properly light and set up the Big Green Egg for optimal cooking
-Temperature management
-Various cooking methods including direct grilling, smoking, roasting
-How to cook signature dishes such as beer can chicken and Ruby Red steaks & seasonal vegetables on the coals
-The importance of selecting the right cuts of meat and fresh ingredients
-Tips and tricks for cooking over fire to enhance flavour and texture
