Katja Rosé is the result of an exciting collaboration with our good friend Barny Butterfield and his brilliant team at Sandford Orchards.

This incredible small batch, sparkling rosé cider is crafted using the dessert apple Katy and hand-picked Rondo grapes from our Pebblebed Vineyards. Fresh, fruity and bright, this cider has flavours of sun ripened cherries and peaches, with hints of apple blossom and candyfloss, balanced with tannins from the Rondo grape skins.
