Tarquin’s process their gin by hand using soft Cornish water and 14 hand-selected botanicals – including their own grown Devon violets. Their gin is traditionally brewed in copper pots and fired by flame, with each bottle filled, sealed, waxed and signed by hand.

With Tarquin’s Cornish Gin as a base – a classic recipe distilled with fresh violets and citrus peel – this fruit gin is then infused with tart rhubarb and ripe raspberries.
