Crafted on our farm by our Winemaker, Alex, using the traditional Champagne method, with a minimum of two years on lees (fermenting) in the Pebblebed cellars, before the sediment is removed in the winery. The blend of Seyval Blanc and Rondo grapes make for delicate red berry and rose petal flavours, balanced with a fresh acidity.

• Cosy Nook Candle 120ml 

These candles are hand-crafted by Pete and Sian in Thorverton, using 100% pure essential oils and soy wax; an environmentally friendly wax from a renewable resource! Crafted in small batches, each candle is individually hand poured into completely plastic free packaging, checked for smoothness and polished by hand.

• Ryder's Bakery Luxury Mince Pies (pack of 6)

A family run business, Ryder's have been hand-crafting their amazing baked goods in Devon for almost 50 years. Now based just 9 miles down the road in Kenn; Shaun & his son Sam use traditional methods to hand-bake their delicious pastries, cakes & bread.
 

• Mr Filbert's Truffle Nuts

Based here in the West Country, Mark Taylor and his team craft their multi-award winning, all-natural snacks using unique recipes and the best simple ingredients; from local hand foraged wild garlic, honey, chillies and herbs to and the finest regional sea salts. Roasted in natural oils, we think that they are a delicious, wholesome, healthy snacking alternative.
