The Hill-Smith family have run the Yalumba winery in the Barossa Valley, South Australia, for over 170 years. Using the unique and varied climates and soil types across the country, together the family, along with their experienced team of winemakers, craft incredible wines with minimal intervention.

This wine is matured in small oak barrels and after many years of maturation, a selection of older and younger wines are carefully blended to produce a complex and balanced wine. With flavours of raisined fruit, spices and fruitcake, with wood-aged characters, this fine dessert wine pairs perfectly with blue cheese, creme brulee and pecan pie!
