Join us in The Farm Table for a 3-course seasonal vegetable-based dinner, where we will talk all things gut health and fermentation with registered nutritionist, Tamara Bennett of Bennett’s Kombucha and Rachel de Thample, River Cottage’s own fermentation and wellness guru whose expertise spans farm to fork fermentation, nurturing gut health and seasonal wellness.
The pair will share their extensive knowledge on on ferments like sauerkrauts, kimchi's, kombuchas and kefirs, as wells as gut-friendly tonics, broths and natural remedies and their impact on gut health, as well as inspiring recipes and simple tips to support our immune system through the colder months.
Your ticket will include a delicious 3-course dinner, made up of seasonal vegetable from our fields and some of our fermented favourites.
