Ann Stallard began crafting homemade jam in her kitchen over 15 years ago as a creative way to use home-grown raspberries. Now a family affair, Ann's husband Neil and niece Lucy continue to help develop and produce amazing artisan preserves that you won't find anywhere else.
Each delicious curd is crafted in small batches in Tiverton; using locally sourced produce from West Country growers and traditional open preserve pans.
Made with free range eggs, the best lemons and West Country unsalted butter - their Lemon Curd has a wonderfully rich lemon tang and is delicious on a hearty chunk of Vicky's Bread.
