Founders Tim and Kate harvest their seaweed from the South Devon coast. Carefully using scissors to not damage the plants; they harvest a mixture of edible seaweeds such as Sea Spaghetti and Sea Lettuce; which grow bountifully and naturally on the Devon coastline.

The team then wash, dehydrate and grind the seaweed into fine flakes to create their incredible blends. A brilliant alternative to salt, it is full of antioxidants and amino acids, while carrying a naturally salty taste to enhance any dish.
