The scrag end comes from the neck of lamb, resulting in a cut that is laced with robust muscles and tendons. The meat becomes wonderfully tender when slow cooked - making it perfect for hearty soups and seasonal stews.
Our lambs are hand selected by our Master Butchers, Philip and Alastair David, from Exeter Market and direct from local farms. We pride ourselves on providing our customers with the highest quality lamb.
