These fillets of anchovies packed in pure olive oil are an incredible ingredient and seasoning. Incredibly versatile, use whole fillets on pizzas or salads, or chop finely and add to butter for a delicious accompaniment to meats or bread.

Sangiolaro - which translates to tuna fisherman - is a Sicilian producer; they select only the highest quality fish which is then steamed and preserved in olive oil. These anchovies are caught in Sciacca, South West Sicily.
