The Watson family have been farming at Riverford in stunning South Devon, for over 60 years. Today, Oliver Watson runs the dairy and everything, from milk to yogurt, is made on the farm at their own dairy - just metres from the milking barn! The milk is treated gently by hand and traditional methods, such as slow cooking, are used to craft the range of dairy products with the best textures and tastes.

Made using their top secret culture, this exquisitely silky and smooth soured cream is the perfect pairing for both sweet and savoury dishes.
