Situated in beautiful North Devon, Jonathan and Fiona Waterer run their small farm organically and sustainably; using their own Shire Horses to work the land, using as little fossil fuel as possible. Their Shire Horses tend to their fields, spreading the farmyard manure, preparing the seedbed, planting the seed and pulling the combine harvest.
Flour by horsepower wholemeal flour is stoneground to preserve the flavour of the ancient grains, along with its protein and nutrients. It is perfect for baking breads, scones and even pizza bases!
