Former chef Jay Allan began crafting fruit pastes for a local cheese shop almost 15 years ago. From chutneys and pickles to savoury biscuits, each of his award-winning cheeseboard accompaniments are handmade in Devon using the finest local and seasonal ingredients.
Each delicious biscuit is crafted using the finest British flour, farmhouse butter and seasoning, before being hand-cut and baked in a wood chip oven. Incredibly versatile, these crackers are not only delicious on a cheeseboard, but an amazing pairing for cream cheese, avocado and smoked salmon!
