- Chase Rose
Nestled in the heart of Provence, our friend William Chase has developed this beautiful pale pink rosé to represent the long sunny days evocative of the South of France. With flavours of soft red fruit, white peach and melon, this wine pairs perfectly with salads, Mediterranean vegetables or just on its own on a sunny day in the garden.
- La Colonia Malbec Red
Founded in 1932, Finca La Colonia is a beautiful estate situated in the foothills of the Andes, and is home to over 45 families who work in the vineyards of Bodega Norton. The estate's location at 1100 metres above sea-level ensures the finest conditions in which to produce top-quality grapes. Made from 100% Malbec, this wine has a rich and elegant palate and is best served with beef, lamb and poultry.
- Stablemate Shiraz
The De Wet family have farmed at Excelsior Estate, in the Robertson wine valley South Western Cape, since 1859. Wine has always been made on the estate, and it now has over 200 hectares of planted vineyards, with Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc being the most important varieties. Lingering flavours of vanilla and ripe black cherries with a long and smooth finish. Best served with poultry, lamb, game and beef.
Morandé was founded in 1996 by Pablo Morandé; true pioneers – they were the first family to develop the Casablanca D.O., recognising the fantastic potential of this cool-climate wine region. All of the wines are produced with grapes from Morandé’s own vineyards. Their wine making philosophy is guided by seeking the right terroir for each grape variety, and with significant vineyard holdings they are well placed to achieve this.
Sauvignon Blanc -A fresh and fruity wine, with tense acidity, balanced body, and a long finish. Serves best as an aperitif, or with green salads, rockfish, pasta and fresh cheeses.
Merlot - Fruity flavours with attractive notes of vanilla, cloves, and chocolate. Medium bodied and juicy with fine tannins, fresh acidity, and a long finish. Pairs perfectly with pasta, stews and lean red or white meat.
- Bourgogne Chardonnay
In 2014, whilst exploring the region to find small, high quality, artisan wine producers, Michael and James Dart discovered the Bouzereau family estate and were drawn to their openness, exquisite produce and traditional, strong family values. Expect typical varietal character of the Burgundy region; beautiful ripe citrus flavours and aromas, with a slight mineral note and a long generous finish. Best served with shellfish, charcuterie and grilled fish.
