  • Bourgogne Chardonnay

In 2014, whilst exploring the region to find small, high quality, artisan wine producers, Michael and James Dart discovered the Bouzereau family estate and were drawn to their openness, exquisite produce and traditional, strong family values. Expect typical varietal character of the Burgundy region; beautiful ripe citrus flavours and aromas, with a slight mineral note and a long generous finish. Best served with shellfish, charcuterie and grilled fish.

  • Chateau La Passone Bordeaux

Situated in the commune of Cadillac, on the opposite bank of the Garonne to the Graves and Sauternes, this Premieres Cotes de Bordeaux has been something of a find. Made by Michel Bonot and Louis-Michel Muyst, of Chateau Carbon d'Artigues, in the Graves, this is an outstanding claret. A delicious Merlot dominated, modern-style 'claret' with an easy, ripe fruitiness, which makes it approachable and food friendly. Pairs perfectly with beef, game and strong cheese.

  • Blason D’Aussieres Bordeaux

Due to its exceptional geographical location, the unique wine-growing site and its history, Domaine d’Aussières is a place of wild, natural beauty that emanates tremendous power”. These words of Baron Eric explain why he fell in love with Aussières and what led Domaines Barons de Rothschild (Lafite) to restore and revitalize one of the oldest and most beautiful wine-making properties in the Narbonne region. Characterised by ripe fruit, fresh flavours, and a supple, full-bodied structure. Its aromas evoke the richness of the garrigues and the flavours are often spicy. Delicious when served with lamb!

  • Chablis Burgundy

On a recent visit to the wine region of Chablis, Michael and James Dart met legendary wine producer Daniel and his 2 daughters Emilie and Laurence, who have now joined the family business. The Seguinots have been working the vines for generations, Daniel’s vineyard is located on the right bank of the river Serein, where he produces his award winning Chablis. The light calcareous clay soils on the bank of the river Serein impart floral, fresh and mineral aromas to Chablis wine. For optimum taste, drink at 12°C and pair with pies, ham in Chablis sauce, seafood and broiled fish.

  • Sancere Rhone

Situated in the village of Chavignol, about 2km from Sancerre, Serge and Elisabeth Laporte’s small family domaine is made up of numerous small parcels of estate grown Sauvignon scattered throughout the Chavignol commune, long regarded as one of the top crus of Sancerre. An elegant and citrusy white wine, with notes of gooseberry. Wonderful with grilled asparagus and fish.

  • Fleurie Loire

Paying full respect to tradition, Domaine Clos de la Chapelle is the alchemy of a small, historic domaine from the renowned wine village of Volnay. Comprised exclusively of a handful of exceptional Grand Cru and Premier Cru vineyards in the Côte de Beaune. A medium-bodied red with excellent, silky flavours of cherry and berry. With a refreshing tannin, this wine is delicious with lamb or beef.
