Situated in the heart of the Marche region and inspired by the thousand-year-old tradition of producing egg pasta; Filotea have been crafting their incredibly light egg pasta using the finest flours, Italian durum wheat semolina and fresh eggs for over 15 years.
Following the ancient local recipe, the pasta is crafted using a slow drying process at a low temperature. Its unique textured surface means that it absorbs the wonderful flavours of the sauces and ingredients whilst cooking; creating a dish that is full of flavour.
A truly artisan product, it is reminiscent of the fresh homemade pastas prepared by the Italian grandmothers for the whole family.
