  • Pebblebed Sparkling Rose

Just a mile from here, our dear friend Geoff Bowen launched Pebblebed as a community project in 1999. His immense passion for sustainable viticulture along with the role of food and drink in our community meant that Pebblebed grew into the award winning vineyard it is today. Sadly, Geoff passed away in 2018 leaving his wife Anna and head winemaker Alex to continue to pursue his dream of creating exceptional English wines. 

  • Sharpham Wild Ferment

On the glorious Sharpham estate, nestled amongst the banks of the River Dart near Totnes, Mark Sharman and his team produce classic English wines. The marriage of soil, climate and grape variety know as terroir, combined with New World and traditional techniques enable them to produce world-class, award-winning wines with unique regional characteristics. Their Pinot Gris Wild Ferment is a natural wine. The grapes are hand harvested in October before being removed from the stems and crushed. They then let the juice soak in contact with the skins for one to three weeks to extract some flavour, colour and tannin before transferring the free run juice into stainless steel where the wild yeast fermentation occurs spontaneously. Funky, fresh & textured - drink with crab and aromatic Asian dishes.

  • Huxbear Corbinian White

In Chudleigh, on the winding banks of the Teign Valley, sits Huxbear Vineyard; 15 acres of vines, plated on the South and South West facing slopes. Owned and run by Lucy and Ben Hulland, their beautiful wines are crafted using power that is produced on-site (no grid!), mostly from renewable sources. This dry and delicate white wine is produced from Siegerrebe and Schonberger varieties. It has aromas of elderflower, peach and lime, which give way to a spicy finish.

  • Lyme Bay Sandbar

Lyme Bay produce their national and international award-winning wines here in Devon on the beautiful Exe Valley. They believe the best wines are born from grapes with diverse backgrounds so use grapes from their own vineyard along with grapes from the best, hand selected growers across the South of England. Made from 100% Bacchus grapes, Sandbar is a fresh and zesty wine with a range of characteristics; including grapefruit, guava, box wood and a hint of blackcurrant.

  • Lily Farm Sparkling Raleigh Brut

In the Vale of Knowle, surrounded by the beautiful East Devon Countryside, Alan and Faye Pratt along with their two sons, Gareth and William produce their multi award-winning wines. Raleigh Brut is made using the traditional method, bottle fermented and then aged on the lees for 19 months before being disgorged.  Aromatic, floral and delicate on the nose.  Crisp, zesty, lemony, yet  creamy smooth with yeasty notes on the palate.  Elegant and with balanced acidity leads to a delicious finish.

  • Camel Valley Sparkling Pinot Noir Rose Brut

Camel Valley have been producing the best wines in heart of the Cornish countryside for nearly 30 years. The Pinot Noir grapes are crushed to retain more of the special fruit characters that are unique to grapes grown in England; the by-product of this is a delicate pink colour. Only the free run juice is used for the sparkling wine, which is carefully cooled and fermented to achieve a base of fruit aromas and a pure refreshing palate.
