In 2010, within the quirky surroundings of a Dorset Watermill, Mark Taylor set about creating his nutty fine foods company. A wholesome alternative to the hand-cooked crisp, Mr Filbert’s all-natural snacks are a fusion of nuts, seeds and fruit. A delectable, healthy nibble! Hot air roasted peanuts and Adnams Ghost Ship Pale Ale are blended together to create this hauntingly good beery recipe.
