    Based in Hereford, Willy’s Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) is made from hand-picked organic apples from their 300-year-old orchard and contains the mother yeast. Packed with heathy probiotic bacteria which is great for your gut and helps to boost your metabolism, it is a natural anti-inflammatory and brilliant for those suffering with Arthritis. A shot a day will help to keep the doctor away! 

    • 365 Kombucha

     Our good friend and local nutritionist Tamara Bennett uses fermented tea to craft her homemade Kombucha here in Devon. Using her 25 years of experience in nutrition and her passion for gut health, Tamara creates her pro-biotic rich, low-sugar Kombucha using a traditional method where a mother culture (Scoby) ferments the tea. Tangy and refreshing, this traditional non-alcoholic drink is a great alternative to fizzy and is brimming with good bacteria that help to improve your gut health.  

    • Eaten Alive Kimchi

    Glyn and Pat lacto-ferment their award-winning, vegan Kimchi for 3 weeks; preserving the natural goodness of the hand-cut Chinese leaf, British cabbage and raw vegetables whilst creating ’good for your gut’ bacteria. The complex yet deliciously tangy flavour is amazing… we love it raw and as a topping for noodles, hot dogs & burgers! 

    • Vicky's Bread Bordelaise Sourdough Loaf

    Vicky Harford and her husband produce slow rise, French style, artisan sourdough breads which take great skill to prepare. The natural fermentation of the sourdough cultures need to be carefully replenished every day to create her incredible bordelaise loaf.

    • Bungay Raw Butter

    Bungay Raw Butter is made by Johnny Crickmore of Fen Farm Dairy, where they make the infamous Baron Bigod Brie. The UK’s only raw cultured butter, it is made on the farm in the traditional way, by souring the cream using a cocktail of lactic bacteria before churning and hand-paddling.Jonny handpicks Montbeliarde cattle from Jura, France and grazes them on the wildlife rich Fenn. They produce a small amount of milk but its rich and high in protein, producing beautifully creamy and complex flavours.

    • Darts Farm Raw Honey

    Our friend and devoted beekeeper Phillip collects our pure Devon honey straight from our hives, always ensuring an ample amount is left to support our busy bees. Our bees are crucial to sustaining our local biodiversity; pollenating our crops, pastures and hedgerows to help our land around the Clyst Valley flourish. Our delicately flavoured honey is a sweet reminder of the hard work and passion that goes into preserving our beautiful landscape so please savour every last drop.
