- Wilding - Stoke Red 750ml
Wilding Cider is made by Beccy & Sam Leach, a couple formerly famed for their iconic Bristol restaurant, Birch. On their farm in Chew Magna, Somerset, they make cider in the most natural way possible, fermenting in small batches and using traditional apple varieties local to the region. Experimenting with different aging methods, such as Portuguese red wine barrels and bottle conditioning, their cider is truly unique and truly special. Stoke Red is a single variety cider made with apples from an orchard planted in 1951, fermented slowly to create a naturally sweet and delicately sparkling cider.
- Ridge & Furrow - Bottle Conditioned 750ml
Justin Bartley makes award winning naturally sweet Devon craft cider in small batches from traditional apple varieties grown on their unfertilised & unsprayed ‘ridge & furrow’ orchard. The orchard is thought to date back to 1890s with the trees being planed on the ridges and the furrows acting as drainage channels. Handcrafted using 100% juice and ’arrested fermentation’, this is one of the our favourite ciders.

Cider making legend Tom Oliver applies a lifetime of experience, centuries of tradition and a bounty of creativity to craft some of the world’s greatest ciders and perrys on his farm in Herefordshire. After pioneering wild yeast fermentation, Tom has experimented with numerous barrel aging methods and collaborated with some of the world’s most iconic craft brewers and cider makers. His Yarlington Mill is a single variety, naturally sparkling medium dry cider that makes a great accompaniment to any cheeseboard or pork dish!
