- Ridge Furrow, Devon Craft Cider 6%
Produced in small batches at Weeks Farm in Mutterton, Devon, using traditional Westcountry cider apple varieties from their own ridge and furrow patterned orchard that dates back to the 1890s. Handcrafted using the artisan method of ‘arrested fermentation’ induced by multiple rackings, the production of this cider is tailored to each year’s apple harvest. This fresh, slightly sparkling cider is naturally sweet, full flavoured and well-balanced; perfect for enjoying alongside a dessert such as apple pie.
- Dunkertons, Black Fox Organic Cider 6.8%
Susie and Ivor Dunkerton founded Dunkertons Cider in 1980 and set about making their deep flavoured, organic ciders without using any concentrates or chemicals. This organic dry cider is made from freshly harvested, organic cider apples, matured for more than 12 months to deliver the famous deep flavour of Dunkerton Blackfox. A perfect partner to a traditional Ploughman’s lunch or hearty beef stew.
- Harry’s Cider, Dabinett 4.5%
Harry’s Cider is produced by Harry Fry and his son Tom on their family farm in Somerset. Each stage of the cider making process takes place on their farm; from growing the apples in their own orchards to pressing the fruit and maturing the cider. They use a single cider apple variety, Dabinett, to make this rich medium cider. The fermented juice produces a dry cider which is back sweetened with Dabinett apple juice, pairing perfectly with a delicious apple crumble and custard!
- Severn Cider, Medium Sparkling 5.8%
Severn Cider is crafted on the family home and cider mill on the banks of the River Severn in the Forest of Dean. With the third generation now taking the reins, they still use their traditional artisan Rack and Cloth Press to create an award-winning authentic medium cider with incredible depth. The perfect partner to a creamy pasta dish.
