It isn’t so simple as ‘cider is cider’. Much like wine, terroir has a huge part to play. The West Country is famous for incredible ciders, crafted using traditional apple varieties, that are produced from our unique soils and climates; recipes that have been passed down through generations and methods that are centuries old.
Our producers need you to help keep the taste of the West Country alive.
