What started as a community project in 1999 expanded to 22 acres which were sustainably managed by our dear friend, Geoff Bowen, who sadly passed a few years ago. Now run by Geoff’s wife, Anna, and head winemaker, Alex, their award-winning wines are still crafted just down the road in Clyst St George.

Crafted using the traditional Champagne method, with a minimum of two years on lees (fermenting) in the Pebblebed cellars, before the sediment is removed in the winery. The blend of Seyval Blanc and Rondo grapes make for delicate red berry and rose petal flavours, balanced with a fresh acidity.
