- Pebblebed Rose
Just a mile from here, our dear friend Geoff Bowen launched Pebblebed as a community project in 1999. His immense passion for sustainable viticulture along with the role of food and drink in our community meant that Pebblebed grew into the award winning vineyard it is today. Sadly, Geoff passed away in 2018 leaving his wife Anna and head winemaker Alex to continue to pursue his dream of creating exceptional English wines. A blend of Seyval Blanc and Rondo; this wine has a pale salmon pink colour, cherry and redcurrant on the nose and palate with crisp acidity and a caramel finish.
- Sharpham Estate White
On the glorious Sharpham estate, nestled amongst the banks of the River Dart near Totnes, Mark Sharman and his team produce classic English wines. The marriage of soil, climate and grape variety know as terroir, combined with New World and traditional techniques enable them to produce world-class, award-winning wines with unique regional characteristics. A light and dry white wine that shows aromas of green apple, gooseberry and elderflower. The palate is very fresh and clean with a citrus driven acidity.
- Huxbear Artio Bucchus
In Chudleigh, on the winding banks of the Teign Valley, sits Huxbear Vineyard; 15 acres of vines, plated on the South and South West facing slopes. Owned and run by Lucy and Ben Hulland, their beautiful wines are crafted using power that is produced
on-site (no grid!), mostly from renewable sources. Full and refreshing, this single varietal Bacchus has aromas of melon, pineapple and grapefruit. Best served with seafood, chicken or on its own.
- Lyme Bay Shoreline
Lyme Bay produce their national and international award-winning wines here in Devon on the beautiful Exe Valley. They believe the best wines are born from grapes with diverse backgrounds so use grapes from their own vineyard along with grapes from the best, hand selected growers across the South of England. A wine for seafood; well-balanced and refreshing with complex layers. This beautiful wine has enticing notes of pineapple and lime with a crisp, saline finish.
- Lily Farm Jurassic Red
In the Vale of Knowle, surrounded by the beautiful East Devon Countryside, Alan and Faye Pratt along with their two sons, Gareth and William produce their multi award-winning wines. Intense colour, blackcurrant aromas, with spiced plums on the palate, velvety tannins and soft acidity. Smooth texture, great length, this wine offers good ageing potential. Serve at room temperature.
- Camel Valley Atlantic Dry White
Camel Valley have been producing the best wines in heart of the Cornish countryside for nearly 30 years. Delicate flavoured white wine, refreshing mouth feel with plush texture and lush apricot and green fruit aromas. Excellent with seafood!
